The Antioch Project is an attempt on the part of the Board of World Mission to generate resources and empower young people throughout North America to answer their calls to ministry and mission. The project offers opportunities to serve in Nepal, Costa Rica and South Africa among others. While this project offers these opportunities of service overseas, it is also a way to add to the local mission activities of many youth and congregations throughout North America.
Through Schools of Music and Worship, like that in Nepal, we hope to offer a needed resource in our partner provinces and that will make use of the gifts of our young people. Through internships, camping opportunities, work with the other projects of the BWM, etc., young people are able to offer their services to God’s mission. It will be through the discernment of gifts and call that the Antioch Project will grow and offer the young people of North America opportunities of mission at home and abroad.
