Check out this link below to a blog by Grace Marx, daughter of Benno and Teresa Marx and the granddaughter of Sam and Grace Marx (who all served as Moravian Missionaries!).
Grace is a doctor in a training fellowship for infectious diseases, and she is currently serving for 6 weeks at the Ebola Treatment Center in Freetown, Sierra Leone! (Sierra Leone is one of the new Mission Areas under the supervision of the Board of World Mission and Southern Province).
Just a few days in, she is already providing a gripping account of the work needed in this area, and the human faces that make up this terrible epidemic.
