Wednesday, March 1 was the launch point of a culmination of many months of planning and preparation of a trek to Nepal. Suitcases were packed full with personal belongings as well as items to share with the International Kindergarten that is being administered by Vani and Shanti Pradhan.
The eager visitors from North Carolina, Fran Huetter and Sarah Jennings, are sharing their talents by actively engaging with the students and staff of the school under the guidance of the Pradhans. They will also be joining Autumn Cooper of Waconia, Minnesota who arrived in Nepal 3 weeks prior to Fran and Sarah.
It will be a cross-cultural meeting of people who are focused on serving alongside and learning from each other, immersion into the culture, as well as enjoying time of just being together. What an exciting convergence of people who will live in relationship that cultivates understanding and partnership!
